Q. How long will it take to receive my first issue?
A. The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on how frequently the magazine you've ordered is published. Publishers ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for weekly magazines, and 6-8 weeks for monthly and less frequently published magazines. Please be assured that these are standard industry lead times.
Q. Can I renew my subscription through your service?
A. Sure. Simply complete the order information by listing your name and address as it appears on your current mailing label. Your order will be added to the end of your current subscription.
Q. How do I find a specific magazine?
A. A search box is available at the top of every page throughout the site. (See related information under search tips.) You may also browse for a magazine title by category. Category listings are found on the left-hand side of each page.

Q. How do I place an order?

Q. How do I change my mailing address?
A. At any time during your subscription, you may change your address by contacting us by email or phone.
Q. How do I place a gift order?
A. During the checkout process, you will be able to set your gift options for each item you order. If a subscription is a gift, check the "gift" box and enter a brief message that will appear on the recipient's gift announcement card.
Our system even allows you to send multiple gifts with just a single trip through the checkout process. Simply click the "ship to multiple addresses" button and you'll be able to select a mailing address — as well as gift options — for each subscription.
Q. What's the difference between a Gift Card and E-Gift Card?
A. The Gift Card is a plastic gift card the size and shape of a credit card that is mailed, as specified, to the gift giver or to the gift card recipient within 3 to 7 days of order placement. The E-gift Card is a gift card that is emailed, as specified, to the gift giver or to the gift card recipient within 1 to 3 hours of order placement. To redeem your card, you must use the code on the back of plastic gift card or the code within the E-gift card email.
Q. How can I request a refund?
A. Please contact us by email or phone to request a refund. MAGAZINES.com stands behind every magazine subscription with this guarantee to you: Our customers will be 100% satisfied or they will receive a 100% refund for all undelivered issues, at any time, for any reason. If you're unhappy, just let us know and we will gladly give you a full, prompt refund.
Refunds are issued in the same method as original payment. Debit/Credit Card refunds will be processed in 1-3 business days of cancellation. Check/Money Order refunds will be mailed via U.S. Postal Service within 3-5 business days of cancellation.
Please note: Charges by your financial institution due to insufficient funds or over the limit fees are the responsibility of the account holder.
Q. How can I cancel my order?
A. Please contact us by email or phone to cancel or replace your existing subscription.
Q. Do you deliver outside of the U.S.?
A. We do not currently deliver outside the U.S.

Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. To view the status of orders you have placed, sign in to your Account. If an order is labeled "completed" you will know that your order has been processed and your mailing address has been submitted to the publisher. While signed in you can also add or delete credit cards and mailing addresses from your account.
Q. How many magazines do you have?
A. We offer discounted subscriptions for more than 1,900 magazines.
Q. How can I get my publication listed on the Magazines.com web site?
A. If you are a publisher interested in listing your publication on the Magazines.com web site, please send an email to feedback@magazines.com.
Q. I placed a renewal through your service, but now I am receiving two copies of the same magazine.
A. We will contact the publisher and ask that they combine the two subscriptions and extend the expiration date to compensate for the duplicate issues.
Q. I have received several issues but would like to switch my order to another magazine.
A. Please contact us by email or phone, and we will replace your existing subscription with another selection.

A. Uninterrupted Subscription Service is an easy and hassle-free way of renewing your magazine subscriptions. We notify you via email when your subscription is about to expire. The email gives you the option to cancel the renewal. Otherwise you do nothing and your subscription automatically renews.
